On December 3, 2024, we participated in the JETRO Global Career Connect 2024, a large-scale online job fair open to participants from around the world. Hosted by JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization), this event aims to connect top talent from across the globe with Japanese companies.
During the event’s Q&A session, we received numerous questions from international participants. While we couldn’t address all of them due to time limitations, we’ve compiled answers to some of the most frequently asked questions here.

Q1. Do you have internships?
A: Yes, we offer two types of internships. The first is a four-month “Pre-employment Internship,” specifically for candidates who have already received a job offer from us. This internship takes place after the offer has been made and before officially joining the company. The second is a “1-Day Internship,” which allows participants to experience system development and interact with our employees. If you would like to understand our workplace atmosphere before applying, we recommend starting with the 1-Day Internship.
Q2. How can we apply for the internship?

Q3. For CV, do we apply with Japanese CV or English resume?
A: We require applicants to submit a Japanese CV. Our internal language is Japanese, and we assess candidates based on their ability to communicate effectively in Japanese.
Q4. Is JLPT needed to get into your company?
A: JLPT certification is not mandatory. However, we recommend having a proficiency level equivalent to N2 for smooth communication in the workplace. This level allows you to confidently perform daily tasks and engage with colleagues effectively.
Q5. I have no IT experience, is that OK?
A: Yes, IT experience is not required. We provide a training program to help new hires gain the necessary knowledge and skills after joining the company. We welcome applicants who are motivated to learn and grow.

Q7. Is there On Job Training available for non-IT background graduates to learn about the IT roles?
A: Yes, we provide a three-and-a-half-month training program for new graduates with non-IT backgrounds. This program is conducted after joining the company and is designed to prepare participants for their assigned roles. It focuses on acquiring practical and hands-on IT skills needed for their future positions.
Q8. I am from overseas. Does your organization provide accommodation facilities?
A: Yes, we do provide you with a company dormitory or housing allowances to assist in settling in Japan if you meet the support requirements. We will assess via online interview during selection process.
Q9. Can I work remotely without coming into the office?
A: Our company has a remote work system in place. However, we do not operate on a fully remote basis. The frequency of office attendance varies depending on job responsibilities, and each team determines specific office days.
