About Company

Does the company have a dormitory or company housing? Open: There are both men's and women's dormitories. The men's dormitory is a shared house type (with a key for each room), and the women's dormitory is an apartment type. (Located in other place)
In addition, employees under the age of 29 will receive a housing allowance based on their rent.
When is the payday? Open: The 5th of every month (or the previous business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday).

Where is the workplace? Open: Regardless of each operating company, the head office (48th floor of Shinjuku Nomura Building) is the main place of work.
Please tell me about the clothes we cam wear when we work. Open: There are no rules on work clothes.
Can we take an enough break? Open: As part of our regular work schedule, we make sure that our employees take a one-hour break each day. In addition, it is important for employees to take a coffee break with team members, go to a convenience store for a change of pace, and take appropriate breaks even during work.
Can I work remotely (from home)? Open: Normally, employees come to work in rotation about once a week. Other than that, emplyoees can work from home. In addition, in the case of new graduates, after completing the new employee training, they come to work every day for one year to get used to the work and the company.
Is it possible to work short hours? Open: You can use the short-time working hour system according to life events and individual circumstances. In the GxP Group, each employee can choose their work style so that they can continue to work at their own pace according to their willingness to work and various life events.
Can I visit OBs/OGs and visit the office? Open: No problem. We always welcome your visit.

I have no experience in the IT industry (humanities major), can I still apply? Open: Yes. Even inexperienced people can apply. It doesn't matter what field you specialize in.
Is there a dress code for company briefings and interviews? Open: There is no dress code for the interview. We would like you to show us how you usually look, so you can participate in plain clothes.
Do you hire international students from overseas (foreigners/nationalities)? Open: Yes we do. In fact, we have been hiring new graduates from overseas since 2016.
I plan to graduate from an overseas university. Can I still apply? Open: Yes you can. Interviews can also be conducted online.
Will the application documents be returned? Open: Application documents will not be returned. Please note in advance.
