There are both men’s and women’s dormitories. The men’s dormitory is a shared house type (with a key for each room), and the women’s dormitory is an apartment type. (Located in other place)

About working style

There are no rules on work clothes.

As part of our regular work schedule, we make sure that our employees take a one-hour break each day. In addition, it is important for employees to take a coffee break with team members, go to a convenience store for a change of pace, and take appropriate breaks even during work.

Normally, employees come to work in rotation about once a week. Other than that, emplyoees can work from home. In addition, in the case of new graduates, after completing the new employee training, they come to work every day for one year to get used to the work and the company.

You can use the short-time working hour system according to life events and individual circumstances. In the GxP Group, each employee can choose their work style so that they can continue to work at their own pace according to their willingness to work and various life events.
