What is a part-time technical research job?

• Students will conduct research and development according to the theme that they have decided on themselves, and have them report their progress once a month.
• GxP will pay the part-time job fee for the submitted report.

Without fear of misunderstanding, we would like to say, “GxP will become a patron and let students explore their interests!”
It is also a valuable opportunity for GxP to learn what the students are interested in and what kind of approach they would take.
In addition to replying to reports, we also provide advice on investigations.

Flow from application to interview.

Rules and Considerations

Survey Report

• A report should be submitted at the end or beginning of each month in order to confirm the investigation status and content.
• Reports can be in any format, such as text, email body, or video.
• If you are busy with exams, etc., you can skip it. However, please be sure to contact us.
• Although the submission of the report and the payment of the part-time job fee may be mixed up, we basically pay based on the trust that the report will be submitted at a later date.
• The theme can be changed in the middle.
• It is assumed that the theme uses IT technology.

An employee will be assigned each of you.

• An employee will be in charge each of the student.
• The employee in charge will give specific advice on the survey and reply to the report.

About part-time job fees

• Part-time job fee: * Consultation is required depending on the theme and deliverables.
  • For vocational school students, 30,000 yen per month.
  • For university students / graduate students, 30,000 ~ 50,000 yen per month.
  • Pay day: 5th day of every month *If the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will be made on the preceding bank business day.
• Please note that depending on your income, you may be required to file a final tax return if you have other part-time jobs.
• GxP will send you a “payment record” that serves as proof of remuneration when filing a tax return around January.
• The amount of fees will be determined depending on the content of the part-time job.

Miscellaneous

• Basically, we ask you to submit an investigation report by submitting it, but this may change depending on your skills. (Investigation of projects, etc.)
• We will hold a get-together meeting that also serves as an interim report meeting twice a year. It will be a place for eating, drinking and chatting where other part-time students and employees including the staff in charge gather.
• Introductions of friends and juniors are also welcome!
