Job Title

A Member of DX　full-cycle team

After four and a half months of new employee training, you will be assigned to one of the following occupations based on your wishes and aptitude.

Application engineer

Application engineers generate system specifications and configurations from customer requirements and develop programs according to the specifications. The application engineer then verifies that the program's behavior meets the specifications.

IT implementation support consultant

IT implementation support consultant provides a wide range of support from business process design to system implementation, customization, operation and maintenance for customers who implement GxP products.

Cloud engineer

Cloud engineer considers the system specifications and configuration based on the customer's request, and performs server/network/OS/database settings and operation checks according to the specifications.

UI designer

UI designer designs visuals and flow lines for business systems, websites, smartphone apps, etc., and embodies designs that are easy for users to use.

Service designer

Service designer works with customers to thinks about what a company that promotes DX should be, and design the entire service, including operations.

DX Consultant

For companies that implement DX, we will realize the transformation of services, business models, operations, organizations, etc. while accompanying customers.

Qualification

Those who are expected to graduate from a university, technical college, vocational school, or to complete a master's or doctoral course by March 2025

Regardless of gender, nationality, faculty, or department.

Work location

Shinjuku Nomura Building 48F, 1-26-2 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo GoogleMap

* The scope of changes in place of employment: Any location determined by the company (including locations where telework is performed)
* Remote work (telework) is permitted only when permitted or directed by the company in accordance with the remote work system regulations.

Working hours

10:00~19:00 * Actual work 8 hours, break 1 hour

Salary

Those who are expected to graduate from junior college/vocational/technical college/university

Monthly salary: 262,000 yen
（Basic salary:216,000 yen, Fixed overtime fee/month: 36,000yen/20 hours）

Those who are expected to graduate from graduate school

Monthly salary: 275,900 yen (including fixed overtime pay)
（Basic salary: 228,000 yen, Fixed overtime fee/month: 37,900yen/20 hours）

Remarks

* Fixed overtime pay will be paid separately even if there is no overtime work, and will be paid separately if overtime is exceeded
* Monthly salary includes hybrid work allowance (flat allowance of 10,000 yen/month)
