Job Title
After four months of new employee training, you will be assigned to one of the following occupations based on your wishes and aptitude.
■ IT Specialis
IT Specialists play a key role in supporting the core of various systems by leveraging advanced technical expertise.
While deepening their specialty in specific areas—such as application development, cloud infrastructure, security, and AI/data utilization—they work to build systems that enhance the business value of customers.
■ DX Consultant / Engineer
DX Consultants/Engineers understand customer issues and visions, and realize business and operational transformation through technology.
In addition to system and application development, they promote DX for client companies from a wide range of perspectives, including UX and business process design.
By gaining knowledge of backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure, they propose and build optimal solutions.
■ Enterprise Sales & Marketing
Enterprise Sales & Marketing engages directly with customers, understanding the challenges and fundamental needs faced by large enterprises, and provides proposals and consulting support.
By forming a team with customers and internal members, they promote DX from multiple perspectives—including technical and organizational support—and accompany customers in creating business value.

Qualification
Individuals who are expected to graduate from a university, college of technology, or vocational school by March 2027, or who are expected to complete a master’s or doctoral program by that time.
Applicants of all genders, nationalities, faculties, and majors are welcome.
Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 level or above required.
Work location

* Remote work (telework) is permitted only when permitted or directed by the company in accordance with the remote work system regulations.
Working hours
10:00~19:00 * Actual work 8 hours, break 1 hour
Salary
Those who are expected to graduate from junior college/vocational/technical college/university
Monthly salary: 262,000 yen
(Basic salary:216,000 yen, Fixed overtime fee/month: 36,000yen/20 hours)
Those who are expected to graduate from graduate school
Monthly salary: 275,900 yen (including fixed overtime pay)
(Basic salary: 228,000 yen, Fixed overtime fee/month: 37,900yen/20 hours)
Remarks
* Fixed overtime pay will be paid separately even if there is no overtime work, and will be paid separately if overtime is exceeded
* Monthly salary includes hybrid work allowance (flat allowance of 10,000 yen/month)

実際にお会いし、これまでの歩みや価値観、目指したい未来についてじっくりお話しします。
お互いの理解を深め、共に挑戦できるかどうかを確認する大切な機会と位置付けています。

最終面接の結果、採用となった方向けの対面・個別面談です。
フォロー面談では、皆さんからのご質問にお答えするとともに、モデルロールとなる社員との面談や、会社として皆さまに期待していることについてご説明いたします。
※一次〜最終選考にかかる交通費の支給はございません。あらかじめご了承ください。
※フォロー面談に関しましては、交通費の支給がございます。精算方法等の詳細は、対象者の皆様へ個別にご連絡いたします。
※選考に関するご連絡・コミュニケーションは全て日本語です(N3必須)。
